Self-adhesive wall waterproofing kit for dry wall and floor waterproofing.

1 Waterproofing membrane 1 m x 30 m; 2 Spray primer; 3 Corner tape 120 mm x 50 m; 4 Base sealing tape 50 m; 5 Installation aid: squeegee; 6 2x wall sleeves 1/2″; 7 Drip protection sleeve; 8 Installation instructions.

Waterproofing membrane

Application of the waterproofing membranes to the wall and the shower tray and tub area

1. protective films on the back of the sealing sheet. Sequence (1.-4.) in which the protective films are removed from the back of the sealing sheet.

2. 1. Wipe off the yellow overlap zone with a wet cloth. 2. wipe dry. 3. apply tub sealing tapes, corner tapes, sealing corners and sleeves overlapping.

3. attention! Cut all sealing membranes to length with an allowance of h + approx. 20 cm! Before applying the sealing membranes, determine the passage points for fittings, etc., if necessary, and transfer the dimensions to the sealing membranes, see Figs. D1 – D7.

Peel off the protective foil 5 cm wide approx. 20-30 cm downwards. Position and align the geomembrane in this area. Gradually peel off the remaining protective film further down and adhere the sealing sheet to the floor up to the corner adhesive tape. For details see Figs. C 8 ff.

5. peel off the protective film 26 cm wide step by step downwards. Press the upper part of the waterproofing membrane to the wall in the area of the removed cover foil. Peel off the remaining protective film further down and adhere the sealing sheet to the floor up to the corner adhesive tape.

6. peel off the protective film 35 cm wide step by step downwards and continue as before.

7. peel off the protective film 35 cm wide step by step downwards and continue as before.

Remove all protective films up to just above the corner adhesive tape and press on the sealing membrane. Do not yet remove the protective films at the bottom of the wall/floor transition!

9. thoroughly brush the sealing strip by hand into the throat of a cardboard angle.

10. mark sealing track along the cardboard angle in the wall/floor (tub) area with a pencil.

Then use the scissors to cut the sealing strip cleanly along the marking. Caution: Do not damage the corner tape!

Remove the remaining masking film from the sealing sheet. Press the sealing sheet firmly to the wall and floor area and to the corner adhesive tape.

13. a white finishing strip (60 mm) is glued onto the fleece-free edge strip.

14. finished waterproofing membranes in the shower tray and tub area.

15. finished waterproofing membranes in the floor area.
